Our Sortiment includes two categorys of items:

1. Sound Carriers, Merchandise & Accessiores which are Stored in our Headquarter in  Austria

2. Merchandise & Accessoires which will be produced on Demand in Germany

If Your order includes items of both categorys You will get two packages - one from Austria and one from Germany. There will be no extra Shipping Costs charged. The two Packages could need different delivery times!

Items that will be produced on Demand in Germany are marked as "Print on Demand" in the Item-Discription.

RETURNS:

• If a package has obvious external damage - do not take it.

• If an item is damaged without any apparent external damage to the packaging, contact us and send us a photo of the damaged item. We will give you further instructions and arrange a replacement or refund.

• For returns for other reasons, please contact us. We will give you further instructions for a correct return.

Some of our offered items in the categorys "Merchandise" & " Accessoires"
will be poduced directly for You after You have placed Your order. These items
wil be produced in GErmany and shipped from Germany. These items will be 
markes as "Print on Demand" in the item-discription. It may happen that You get
two packages (one from Austria and one from Germany) if Your order combines
soundcarriers for example which we have stored in our Headqauter in Austria and
Print on Demand Items. There will be NO extra shipping fee charged! Please note
that thw delivery time of this two packages could be different. If theres a need for a
return all items have to be send to Austria. So there are no extra circumstances.
